Everyone deserves an environment to thrive and survive – be that at home or at work yet according to Mental Health Foundation, 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health related issue in any one year.
With innumerable daily distractions allied to the stress and pressure of daily living, looking after your own mental wellbeing has never been more important.
Art For The Senses is a creative platform for those in search of a metaphorical volume control for their lives.
A way to relax.
Or respite from severe emotional trauma or mental illness.
Curated by artist, writer and psychotherapist, Geralyn Mulqueen, Art For The Senses is the perfect environment to help relax, recover inner well-being and stimulate dormant creativity.
Importantly, Art For the Senses is fun and open to anyone regardless of age, experience or ability.
“I have been running Art For The Senses workshops over the last year and the response has been incredible – it provides the perfect environment for self-care, relaxation, recovery and the discovery of the inner creative which lies within each of us,” said Geralyn.
“Donegal represents something of an emotional retreat for many and Dunfanaghy and the luxurious surroundings of Arnold’s Hotel is the perfect backdrop for the next in the series of workshops.”
Art For The Senses in Dunfanaghy takes place from 12th April- 14th April 2019 and is open to everyone.
The price of e285 per person sharing, includes 2 nights bed and breakfast and light lunch on both days, as well as 2 full days painting workshops with Geralyn Mulqueen, including all materials.
