The world-famous island abbey may stand just across the border in Normandy, but much of the phenomenal World Heritage Site Baie du Mont-Saint-Michel forms part of Brittany. Try out fascinating different ways to appreciate the Breton half of the bay, including some very surprising culinary routes.

“The spiritual retreat at Mont St Michel I first discovered some 16 years ago. Having returned to Britanny in the summer of 2018 to retrace some old steps and rediscover newer paths I felt drawn again to memories of this majestic site. When I decided on this collection of castles it was a natural connection to include. On the Rose leyline which traces southern and northern France and makes its way through England to Rosslyn and beyond, the etheric pull to Mont St Michel has to be felt. My marks speak to the energy of the place.”
