This family resort is situated on a peninsula facing the inner bay of Grand Traict, which feeds the salt marshes of Guérande. A small fishing port which has long been popular with holidaymakers thanks to its pretty beaches, Le Croisic is now a recognised “Petite Cité de Caractère” thanks to its harmonious architecture and relaxed way of life.

Le Croisic is all of the above and so much more.

From the Artist:

“Le Croisic hypnotised with its wide avenues, trees, lavender, pebbled beach and mystical energy. Every inch of the place felt like home. This oil painting I spent many days and evenings returning to, sometimes to make marks and often to look into and feel what needed to emerge. It is a work of love.”

Geralyn Mulqueen, Irish Artist, based in Downpatrick Co Down, Ireland.

Geralyn uses colour spontaneously in the emotional translation and captures the essence of reflection and emergence uniquely felt by the individual. The pieces are vital and honest, always allowing for movement and growth. Geralyn has exhibited across Europe – Berlin, London, Paris and Dublin, The MAC in Belfast 2019, Dubai 2020.
